View received COPA seller declarations

The Community Opportunity to Purchase Act (COPA) requires Sellers provide a signed Seller Declaration to MOHCD no later than 15 days after a sale has closed. The Seller Declaration affirms that the eligible Building was sold in compliance with COPA. MOHCD is required to publish these Declarations and updates them weekly. The list of Seller Declarations includes all received Declarations from 2019 through the present. Declarations are received via email and regular mail. MOHCD does not monitor the list to confirm all properties were sold or the accuracy of dates, Seller information, or other information presented on the Seller Declaration.
