What to do

Report problems in your unit or building common areas:

Call your property manager as soon as possible for damage and issues including, but not limited to:

  • Roof, ceiling and window leaks
  • Broken doors, locks and windows
  • Broken electrical sockets
  • Broken in-unit or in-building appliances, like wall heater, refrigerator, stove, or common area washer/dryers
  • Broken kitchen and bath fixtures (sinks, showers, bath tubs)
  • Problems with your unit's electricity, water or gas service not related to on-Island utility outage

Manage your residential Recology service:

Call your property manager if you need the following services:

  • Request an "up-size" of your unit's Recology recycling or compost containers
  • Schedule a Recology "Bulky Item Recycling" pick-up
  • Schedule a Recology Household Hazardous Waste pick-up
