Chinatown Child Development Center (CCDC) is a comprehensive, outpatient community behavioral health clinic. We serve children and adolescents, (ages 5 to 21) and their families who are residents of San Francisco who have low incomes, are uninsured, or have or qualify for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families/Kids.
The CCDC’s mission is to promote the social-emotional well-being of children, youth, and their families in San Francisco by providing comprehensive behavioral health services that are easily accessible, and linguistically and culturally appropriate.
Services include:
- Assessments and evaluations
- Individual and group therapy
- Parenting support groups and consultation
- Case management (assessing needs, coordinating care, and connecting to other services)
- Referrals to primary care
- Services provided on-site at various schools
Services are provided both in-person at the clinic and via telehealth at community-based sites such as the child/youth's school or home, as needed.
