1. Check in the Property Information Map
Check in the Property Information Map.
Search with your address or block and lot number.
Find Complaints to see open complaints about the property.
2. Check Complaints
There are two groups of Complaints:
- Planning Department complaints
- Department of Building Inspection complaints.
Check them both.
Click each complaint to see details.
You only need to resolve current complaints.
If you have a complaint or violation, submit a permit application to resolve the violation
If your property has violations, you must submit a permit to resolve the violation.
You may submit your application to resolve a violation along with an application for other construction work.
However, other applications may be delayed depending on the severity of the violation.
