Residency qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in California
- Registered with the ASHP resident matching program
- PGY2 program only: Participating in or have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 in pharmacy practice or candidate status
