City employees can apply to mentor high school interns.

What to do

Apply to mentor a high school student

Project Pull interns get paid to work in City departments.  Interns work 20 hours a week for 8 weeks in the summer.  Interns work with City department employees who are mentors.

Email Lisa Miles-Wilkerson, Program Director, for information about being a Project Pull mentor.

Why be a mentor?

Being a mentor allows us to shape, mold, instill values, skills and tools for the future workforce.

Project Pull fosters a sense of community, one in which we all help each other succeed.
