Eligibility:

• Current college student with minimum one (1) year of completed college level course work, preferably in field-of-interest (Completed by Spring 2025)
• Ability to work effectively with youth in a professional setting
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and organizations
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Must be able to commit to 30 hours per week during the summer session
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
