CHDP program offers preventive health services that identify and prevent disease and disabilities among low-income children and youth.

*SFUSD students who have no established care with a medical doctor or are new to San Francisco can get school vaccines at AITC.
*Make sure to schedule for "BLOOD TEST Visit" and bring any immunization records you have.
