If the incident is in progress or requires immediate emergency response, call 911
1. Fill out a form
Describe the incident involving the autonomous vehicle. Include as many details as you can including:
- Where the incident occurred
- What and who was involved. For example, other vehicles or pedestrians.
- What Company the autonomous vehicle belongs to. For example, Waymo or Cruise. If unknown, include a vehicle description.
Include any photos or videos to assist with investigation.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number and your email address to track your case online.
