2. Check if you qualify
You are eligible for the refugee health screening if you:
- Live in the City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, or Marin County, and
- You were recently approved one of these statuses from the U.S. government:
- Asylum
- Refugee
- Victim of Trafficking
- Humanitarian Parole from Cuba and Haiti
3. Fill out the health screening referral form
If you are eligible for the refugee health screening, fill out the Newcomers Health Program online referral form.
