Led by chiropractor Joana da Rosa and her yijin team.

Registration opens twice a year.
 

Online nutrition workshop

Frequency: Bimonthly
Setting: Online (Zoom)

Aims to empower the general Chinese population on healthy cooking, shopping wise, food label reading and physical activity. Open to the public.

Workshop topics include:

Teen HEAL nutrition class
