Submit construction addenda for your Site Permit

Follow our instructions to submit construction addenda to the Site Permit.

What to do

1. Submit the addenda schedule, if necessary

Site Permit applicants submitting multiple addenda must first submit their addenda schedule request for approval to dbi.ppcrequest@sfgov.org. Subsequent addenda are to be submitted using the building permit application portal and must include the approved addenda schedule.

2. Create PDFs of your original submittal package plans and all plans for this addenda submission

Follow these rules to create PDFs of plans.

PDFs must be editable. Do not submit locked, password-protected, encrypted, or “restricted” documents.

Each upload must be less than 250 MB.

Title blocks must have your project address, sheet count, and sheet name.

Every sheet must have your signature and stamp. Use a scanned graphic signature with a PDF stamp.

Incomplete submissions may delay the processing of your application.

3. Add our Back Check Page

You must add our Back Check Page PDF to submit plans in Bluebeam, our electronic plan review software.
