Natalie's Story

“I am currently 4 months postpartum, and I have been breastfeeding my son exclusively since birth. It wasn’t always easy in the beginning, but now it feels like second nature. With the help and information from my breastfeeding counselor, Shronda, and lactation consultants, I gained all the knowledge I needed to feel confident and succeed in this breastfeeding journey. It truly takes a village!” “To new moms considering breastfeeding, I encourage you to give it your best shot. Yes, it may be difficult at first and you may have doubts but know you and your baby are learning together. There are people that want to assist you succeed in breastfeeding, so don’t be afraid to receive help and ask questions. Just remember that it will be a beautiful journey ahead with your baby, whether you end up breastfeeding or not. You are a superwoman!”
