What to do
1. Gather information
You will need the following:
- Permit application number
- Inspection code for the scheduling system (the codes are also available in the automated phone system)
2. Call the Voice Inspection Scheduling System
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
You will be prompted through the entire call.
You can call the automated number to schedule, reschedule, cancel, or get results of an inspection anytime.

Registered contractors can schedule inspections online.

If you are unable to schedule an inspection, contact Inspection Services staff at 628-652-3400, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. If you are using the Voice Inspection Scheduling System when the phone line is staffed, you will be automatically routed.
You may be asked to pay for extra inspections beyond the initial scope of your permit. Extra inspections are $280 each.
