Tools and training to help nonprofits understand and meet fiscal monitoring standards.

About

The Citywide Nonprofit Monitoring and Capacity Building Program includes a Fiscal Monitoring Program to set consistent fiscal monitoring requirements for nonprofits that receive funding from City departments. The Program streamlines fiscal monitoring activities to support a key outcome:

  • Nonprofit contractors have strong, sustainable fiscal operations so that public funds are spent in alignment with the City’s financial and administrative standards

The Program also provides capacity building resources, which includes training and individual coaching for nonprofits.
