Satisfaction surveys
The Consumer Perception Survey (CPS) is for mental health treatment programs and is usually conducted in Spring. The Treatment Perceptions Survey (TPS) is for substance use treatment programs and is usually conducted in Fall. For any questions about the two surveys contact the Quality Management Satisfaction Survey Team at satisfactionsurveys@sfdph.org.
Consumer Perception Survey results are not available for 2022. For more information, email satisfactionsurveys@sfdph.org.
