About
The Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Section Epidemiology Unit of the San Francisco Department of Public Health regularly monitors population-level health data and health program information. We use these findings to identify issues that may affect families, pregnant and preconception individuals, children, and adolescents in San Francisco. Analyzing this information helps us improve health care and develop policies, plans, and services that ensure everyone in San Francisco has an equitable opportunity to achieve good health.
