DPH Onboarding

For DPH employees: this process is automatically initiated by HR.  HR Analyst/HR Clerk will submit the Onboarding requests for DPH new hires, transfers, and promotions.  

For non-employee workforce*, and DPH employees who did not receive email, AD or Epic access as part of their onboarding process: please see the step-by-step instructions linked below.

*Workforce, as defined by HIPAA:  Workforce means employees, volunteers, trainees, and other persons whose conduct, in the performance of work for a covered entity or business associate, is under the direct control of such covered entity or business associate, whether or not they are paid by the covered entity or business associate.
