Preliminary Data Set
The Preliminary Data Set includes data on relevant social conditions and is disaggregated by race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Examples of relevant social conditions are poverty and malnutrition.
Other group conditions include hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, low birth weight, diabetes, weight, mental health conditions, and dietary intake.
Food Program Framework
The Food Program Framework is a tool that was sent out to City reporting agencies to standardize the gathering and sharing of data and information related food and nutrition programs. It asks for relevant information related to the department, programs provided, program data, and enrollment numbers.

The data tables listed below were presented at the Food Security Task Force Special Meeting on November 6, 2023.
Data Set - Special Meeting 10.25.23
The data tables listed below were presented at the Food Security Task Force Special Meeting on October 25, 2023. A majority of the data is from city reporting Agencies, with some poverty level data pulled from the American Community Survey, conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau.
