Statement of Incompatible Activities

This Statement of Incompatible Activities is intended to guide officers and employees of the General Services Agency (“GSA” or “Agency”) about the kinds of activities that are incompatible with their public duties and therefore prohibited. This Statement covers all officers and employees of the 311 Customer Service Call Center, Animal Care and Control, Central Shops, City Administrator’s Office and its new divisions and programs, Office of Contract Administration/Purchasing, Convention Facilities, County Clerk, Grants for the Arts, Immigrant Rights Commission, Mayor’s Office on Disability, Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Office of Labor Standards Enforcement, Real Estate Division, Reproduction and Mail Services, Risk Management, and Treasure Island Operations.
