Reports and plans for MOHCD

MOHCD submits regular reports on efforts to create and preserve housing and support families in San Francisco.

The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) publishes many reports on a regular basis. This includes the Annual Report, where the office reports on significant activities that advance its mission to support residents with affordable housing opportunities and essential services.

Five-Year Consolidated Plans

A HUD-required report issued in conjunction with the annual Action Plan, MOHCD works with other City departments that receive HUD funding to submit this Consolidated Plan every five years.

HIV/AIDS Housing

Created alongside the Department of Public Health, Homelessness and Supportive Housing, and Human Services Agency, this five-year plan includes strategies and initiatives to provide stable housing for people living with HIV/AIDS.
