City Second listings are first-come first-serve in an application period. There are additional requirements when selling a City Second property.

To apply:

1. Download the loan pre-approval application. To be eligible, you must not exceed 143% of the Area Median Income for 2022.
2. Gather the required documents into one PDF.
3. Upload the PDF to our secure system
