- Travel and accommodation charges will be the responsibility of the requesting party.
- ^ For a single case and single fee, up to one blood specimen and/or one urine specimen may be submitted.
- The fee schedule incorporates the relevant ordinance and the policy direction of the City.
- OCME no longer imposes a fee for:
- proof of death letters
- statements of non-contagion
- removal of remains
- pouch for decedent remains
- decedent storage
- cremation
