Tiffany Carter is a visionary restaurateur, entrepreneur, investor and a classically trained Chef. She is the owner of Boug Cali West Coast Creole Shack, one of the few brick and mortar Black businesses in San Francisco. She is also a founding member of SF Black Wall Street, which formed in response to the devastating impact of COVID-19 and anti-Black racism on Black business, cultural space, and stakeholdership.
