Commissioner Guillermo is the Chair of the Board of Directors of CommonSpirit, the largest national non-profit health system in the United States. She is the former President and CEO of ZeroDivide, a philanthropy and consultancy that developed innovative digital equity strategies in support of low-income communities. Commissioner Guillermo was the founding CEO of the Asian and Pacific Islander American Health Forum, leading this national minority health policy/advocacy organization for 15 years.
