Shane Zaldivar(she/her)
Shane has been in charge of designing training for City and County employees since 2020. Since then, she has trained thousands of employees across different departments and offices on topics related to transgender communities. She was also the lead for the release of the "Transgender 101: Strengthen Your Commitment to Inclusion" training module, which is accessible to all CCSF employees through SF Learning in the Employee Portal.
Outside of her work with OTI, Shane has acted as a lead role in the historical and immersive play, "The Compton’s Cafeteria Riot". Shane is also a performer known in

Shane is also a performer known in the local scene as the Pop Up Drag Queen, where you can catch her in sparkles dancing in front of the Ferry Building on select weekends.
