Lori Dunn-Guion
Lori Dunn-Guion is the Division Manager of Swinerton’s Bay Area Building group, which focuses on sectors such as affordable housing, education, public/civic, and office construction. A graduate of the University of California Berkeley, Lori began her career at Swinerton as an intern in 1998 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility throughout her tenure, and currently serves as the President of The Swinerton Foundation.

She has also held the responsibility for the successful delivery of projects and upholding client satisfaction which will continue to be important tenets in her role, along with the strategic development and supervision of the division’s preconstruction and construction efforts.
