Leah Walton, MPH, RDN is a Public Health Nutritionist for SF Department of Disability and Aging Services. She partners with a variety of community-based organizations that provide groceries, meals, nutrition education, and physical activity services to older adults and adults with disabilities in San Francisco. A portion of the programming is state or federally funded by the Older Americans Act and CalFresh Healthy Living.
