JM Jaffe is a non-binary transmasculine trans health content expert. They have 12 years of experience in community health operations at Lyon-Martin, seven years in consulting at Trans Line and Trans Health Consulting, and over a decade in policy advocacy, most recently affiliated with the National LGBTQIA+ Primary Care Alliance. In March 2022, JM stepped into a new role as Executive Director of the newly independent Lyon-Martin Community Health in San Francisco. They also serve as Board Secretary for St. James Infirmary and Board lead of Our Trans Home SF.
