Dr. David Martin

Dr. David Martin is the Chancellor of City College of San Francisco and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the institution. Prior to his work in community colleges, Dr. Martin served as senior associate/executive manager for major public accounting and business advisory firms where he provided executive consultative and audit services to California community colleges. A product of the community college system, Dr. Martin received his associate degree from American River College. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CSU San Bernardino and an MBA from CSU East Bay. He earned his doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Drexel University. Dr. Martin also is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
