Cynthia Gomez
Cynthia is a Bay Area native and is currently a Senior Research Analyst for Unite Here, Local 2, the hospitality workers' union in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. She leads the new development research program for Local 2. She also works in collaboration with community and labor partners to negotiate strong hiring and organizing agreements for new hotel developments.
Before coming to Local 2 in 2015, Cynthia was an elementary school teacher in the East Bay and the Peninsula. She earned her degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
