Christina Sellami

Christina Sellami has been Director of Human Resources with Marriott International for the past 5 years. She currently holds the Director of Human Resources position at the Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square where she provides strategic Human Resources guidance for over 600 associates. Prior to Marriott, Christina was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Kaiser Permanente supporting over 1,500 team members. Before joining Kaiser, Christina was the Complex Director of Human Resources for the Westin San Francisco Airport and the Aloft San Francisco Airport. Christina has 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management with an expertise in labor and employee relations. She is actively engaged with the Treasure Island Job Corp program partnering to hire graduates into hospitality. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in French Studies and a minor in Business Administration and she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
