Alex A. Adams is an Inspector with the Entertainment Commission, bringing a wealth of expertise and passion to the role. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Alex has proudly called San Francisco home for the past decade. He deeply appreciates the city’s vibrant history, diverse culture, and thriving creative community.

Alex holds degrees in audio production, business, and management, which underpin his extensive experience in hospitality, marketing, audio production, and the entertainment industry. With nearly 15 years of hands-on involvement in the music world, he has honed his skills in marketing, branding, booking, touring, producing, recording, and networking. This diverse expertise has positioned him as a versatile and knowledgeable professional in the ever-changing music landscape.

Outside of work, Alex is an active musician, performing with his rock band across the Bay Area and beyond. He also enjoys immersing himself in the local music scene and fostering connections within the music community. Beyond music, his hobbies include video gaming, traveling to new destinations, hiking, backpacking, and camping. A devoted nature enthusiast, Alex is passionate about conservation and clean energy initiatives.
