OHS ► Credentialing

All applicants (new and reappointments) are required to submit proof of immunity for certain communicable diseases. ZSFG Medical Center requires that you also have annual Tuberculosis screening and N95 fit testing to work in-patient care areas.

Please read the following policy carefully. Everything on the list is needed for work clearance on ZSFG campus.
