MOHCD is implementing temporary one-time waivers to expedite the sale of eligible Below Market Rate (BMR) units. View the MOHCD Homeownership Programs Announcement for information on the one-time temporary adjustments to applicant eligibility rules and other conditions for BMR resale units.  The temporary waivers are effective immediately and will expire on June 30, 2025, unless further extended by MOHCD.
