Client satisfaction reports for Behavioral Health Services (BHS)

Satisfaction surveys capture feedback from adult and older adult as well as children, youth and families in mental health treatment programs and adult and youth in substance use treatment programs.

Satisfaction surveys

The Consumer Perception Survey (CPS) is for mental health treatment programs and is usually conducted in Spring. The Treatment Perceptions Survey (TPS) is for substance use treatment programs and is usually conducted in Fall. For any questions about the two surveys contact the Quality Management Satisfaction Survey Team at satisfactionsurveys@sfdph.org
