A free web portal that clinics can use for streamlined electronic orders and results receipt
Apollo Web Portal History
The Apollo Web Portal was created at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to receive specimens from the many new clinics that were placing orders with the San Francisco Public Health Lab. Since then to include most of the tests conducted by the Public Health Lab. It currently serves as a way for clinics to place orders if they do not have other means of electronic submission.
Who might use the Apollo Web Portal?
If you represent a clinic that is sending specimen with paper requisitions, the Apollo Web Portal may be the tool for you. The web portal allows clinics to electronically place orders for specimen testing, receive results as soon as the tests are complete, and archive data for future review. There is no cost associated with using the web portal to submit orders.
If this might be you, please call the lab at (415) 554-2800 to learn about how to use the web portal.
