Request for proposals (RFP) for Multisystemic Therapy Services

Solicitation closed 10/2/23
September 08, 2023

JPD is seeking qualifying 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Mental Health Service Organizations to provide Proposals for the support of the development and implementation of a Multisystemic Therapy Services Team. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a federally recognized evidence-based practice for juvenile justice-involved youth and their families, licensed by MST Services (https://www.mstservices.com/). The goal of MST is to build sustainable youth and family capacity to keep youth in school or working, out of foster care, and out of the juvenile justice system. MST clinicians work within the youth’s ecosystem of parents and natural and community supports to support positive behavior change and outcomes. Studies have consistently shown that MST participants have lower rates of re-arrest and out-of-home placement.

Proposal submissions are due 10/2/23 no later than 3pm. To access the Solicitation document and all Attachments, please follow this link and locate Event ID: SFGOV-0000008672 under “View Opportunities” - https://sfcitypartner.sfgov.org/pages/Events-BS3/event-search.aspx
