The Deputy Director position is a unique opportunity. As a management partner to the Executive Director, the Deputy Director is part of the Rent Board’s Senior Staff management team and contributes to the planning, organization and administration of the Rent Board, including implementation of services, policies, and innovations. As a key member of the management team, the Deputy Director will facilitate strategic planning and communications, provide leadership to and oversee the operation of four departmental divisions, and will directly supervise 4 management and supervisorial staff, setting objectives and priorities for the positions.
