The Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD), Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) and Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) have prepared the Draft 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for public review and comment from September 8, 2023 through September 22, 2023. The CAPER represents the annual report of the City and County of San Francisco’s implementation of the following four federal programs during program year 2022-2023, which covers the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG);
- Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG);
- HOME Investment Partnership (HOME); and,
- Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA)
