    1. CALL TO ORDER

    2. REPORT: PREPAREDNESS (Discussion)
    Presentation of Emergency Preparedness Plans
    Representatives from the Department of Emergency Management and Office of Resilience and Capital Planning will present revisions made to the following emergency preparedness plans:
    a) Hazard and Climate Resilience Plan (2025 revision)
    b) Emergency Operations Plan (2024 revision)
    c) Emergency Support Function #6: Mass Care, Housing, and Human Services (2024 revision)
    d) Emergency Support Function #7: Logistics (2024 revision)
    e) Emergency Support Function #16: Community Support (2024 revision)

    3. REPORT: RESPONSE (Discussion)
    Presentation of Recent Activations of the Emergency Operations Center
    Representatives from the Department of Emergency Management will review Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations and summarize the City’s response. The EOC activated fourteen (14) times at a Level 4 Enhanced or higher since the last Disaster Council meeting, supporting events like APEC, winter storms, and citywide planned events.

    4. REPORT: UPCOMING EVENT (Discussion)
    Presentation on National Election Security
    Representatives from the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center will provide a briefing on national election security and other information obtained by the intelligence community for the upcoming 2024 presidential election.

    The agenda has been amended to reflect a clarification on agenda item no. 5.
    5. DISASTER COUNCIL MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS (Discussion)
    Members of the Disaster Council may suggest items for future Disaster Council meetings or make brief announcements.
