    2. SAN FRANCISCO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION PRIORITIES (Discussion Item)

      The Advisory Committee will be updated on San Francisco Human Rights Commission led initiatives and collaborative work with other city departments and agencies.

    3. ADVISORY COMMITTEE RULES AND PROCEDURES (Discussion Item)

      A brief introduction on the Sunshine Ordinance, Brown Act and the City and County of San Francisco Good Government Guide Public Comment

    4. SEXUAL ORIENTATION GENDER IDENTITY DATA INITIATIVE (Action Item)

      The Advisory Committee will hear a presentation about the Sexual Orientation Gender Identity Data Initiative, to repeal Section 12E of the City and County of San Francisco Administrative Code and direct the City and County of San Francisco Department of Human Resources to collect voluntary and anonymous sexual orientation demographics from City employees and applicants. The Advisory Committee will discuss the initiative and vote on whether to support moving this item forward to the Human Rights Commission to review and vote on this initiative.

    5. SUBCOMMITTEE OVERVIEW & PLACEMENT (Action Item)

      The Advisory Committee will vote to establish a subcommittee structure to work on initiatives important to this Advisory Committee and refer those initiatives to the Human Rights Commission for further review. Members will self-select their subcommittee placement.

      Advisory Committee members may brief the Committee on their activities in the community that relate to issues within its jurisdiction.
