    Overview

    The Controller's Office will lead and facilitate a working group that includes the Mayor’s Office, Board of Supervisors, Controller, SFMTA leadership, community partners, and members of the public to gather public input, identify solutions, and provide recommendations to address the near-term and medium-term funding gap.

    Members of the public attending the meeting in person will have an opportunity to provide public comment. 

    Public comments can also be shared via email to con.munifunding@sfgov.org.

    Remote public participation is available upon request for individuals who cannot attend in person due to disability. To request accommodation, please contact con.munifunding@sfgov.org at least three hours in advance of the meeting.

    1455 Market is wheelchair accessible. 

    BART: The nearest BART station is Civic Center (Market/8th streets).

    Muni: The office is one block from the Muni Metro Van Ness Station at Market and 11th streets. Numerous bus lines also serve the office.

    Car Parking: Parking is available in the lobby level garage. Enter at 11th Street. Garage hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please see parking rates by visiting the following parking reservation sites and typing in the address.

    Drop-in parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis using a credit card at the garage entry.

    (Chapter 67 of the San Francisco Administrative Code) Government’s duty is to serve the public, reaching its decisions in full view of the public. Commissions, boards, councils and other agencies of the City and County exist to conduct the people’s business. This ordinance assures that deliberations are conducted before the people and that City operations are open to the people’s review.
