The John Stewart Company (JSCo) and Bayview Hunters Point Multipurpose Senior Services (BHPMSS) is requesting a $4M predevelopment and $24.7M preliminary gap commitment in the total amount of $28,750,000 for the construction of 95 new affordable senior housing units located at 967 Mission Street. This request for predevelopment financing and preliminary gap commitment will allow JSCo and BHPMSS to close on financial commitments to bring the project to construction closing and start of construction in October 2025.
