      A. Adoption Of The September 22, 2022 Meeting Minutes:  Review and anticipated adoption of minutes from the Commission’s September 22, 2022 Meeting Minutes.

      B. Motion to approve the Dream Keeper Initiative narrative shift grant for Scholastic Interest Group in the amount of $50,000 and extend the grant term to June 31, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time.

      ​​​​​​​C. Motion to approve the Dream Keeper Initiative narrative shift grant for Curry Senior Center in the amount of $150,000 and extend the grant term to June 31, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time

      D. Motion to approve the Dream Keeper Initiative narrative shift grant for San Francisco African American Arts and Cultural District in the amount of $75,000 and extend the grant term to June 31, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time.

      E. Motion to approve the Dream Keeper Initiative narrative shift grant for Queer Woman of Color Media Arts Project (QWOCMAP) in the amount of $250,000 and extend the grant term to June 31, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time.

      F. Motion to approve the Dream Keeper Initiative grant for TGI Justice Project in the amount of $343,751.00 and extend the grant term to June 31, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time.

      ​​​​​​G. ​Motion to amend the Opportunities for All: Youth Events, Programs, and Capacity Building grant agreement to Rafiki Coalition for Health and Wellness to increase the grant by $100,000 and extend the grant term to November 30, 2022, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time.

      ​​​​​​​H. Motion to amend the Dream Keeper Initiative Community Innovations grant agreement to J & J Community Resource Center (authorized by Grant No. DKI-CI-004) to increase the grant by $184,000 and extend the grant term to January 31, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time.

      ​​​​​​​I. Motion to amend the Dream Keeper Initiative Brighter Futures grant agreement to Zaccho Dance Theatre (authorized DKI-BF-009) to increase the grant by $277, 279 and extend the grant term to June 30, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Human Rights Commission to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the forementioned amount at this time.

      ​​​​​​​J. Motion to amend the Dream Keeper Initiative grant agreement to Collective Impact (authorized by DKI-NS-003) to increase the grant by $350,000 and extend the grant term to June 30, 2024, and to authorize the Director of the Dream Keeper Initiative to enter into a grant agreement not to exceed the aforementioned amount at this time.
