San Francisco Arts Commission to present a proposal to place a bust of Mayor Edwin M. Lee in City Hall in a vestibule on the south side of the Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place entrance lobby, replacing the existing bust of Mayor James D. Phelan, with the bust of Mayor Phelan to be placed in storage by the Arts Commission – DISCUSSION ITEM
