- Request for permanent financing for Normandy Apartments (1155 Ellis street)
Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) requests up to $52,700,000 from the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development for the permanent financing of the property located at 1155 Ellis Street, known as Normandy Apartments, a project comprised of 108 residential units located in San Francisco's Western Addition neighborhood. The request comprises Small Sites Program residential receipts debt as well as senior debt in the form of PASS funds (2016 GO Bonds Series “x” to be issued in early 2025), which together will fund the building's acquisition, rehabilitation, and permanent conversion to affordable housing.

- Request for final gap financing for Casa Adelante at 1515 South Van Ness
Casa Adelante SVN Housing L.P., requests $43,633,623 in final gap financing, and a $1,600,000 AHP bridge loan for Casa Adelante: 1515 South Van Ness, at 1515 South Van Ness Avenue. The project is a 168-unit new construction housing project for families, which will include 42 units for families exiting homelessness, subsidized through the City's Local Operating Subsidy Program ("LOSP"); and 5 units set aside for HIV-positive households through the PLUS housing program.
Casa Adelante SVN Housing L.P., is a California Limited Partnership, involving Mission Economic Development Agency and Chinatown Community Development Center, both California non-profit public benefit corporations
