    1. Request for predevelopment financing for 1979 Mission Street

      Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) and Mission Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) are requesting $6,000,000 in predevelopment loans for the development of approximately 250 new affordable family rental units and approximately 150 new permanent supportive housing rental units on the land located at 1979 Mission and 16th Street & Capp Streets.
