    1. Request for preliminary gap loan for 1939 Market St.

      Mercy Housing California 109 L.P., requests a preliminary gap loan in the amount of $52,360,000 for 1939 Market Street, a proposed new construction affordable housing development for families featuring 187 units for LGBTQ+ seniors, of which 40 units are for households experiencing homelessness, and 9 units are set aside for HIV positive households through the PLUS housing program.

       

      Mercy Housing California 109 L.P., is a California Limited Partnership, involving Mercy Housing and Openhouse, both California nonprofit benefit corporations.

       

    2. Request for preliminary gap loan for Casa Adelante at 1515 South Van Ness Avenue.

      Casa Adelante SVN Housing L.P., requests a preliminary gap loan in the amount of $46,360,000 for 1515 South Van Ness Avenue, a proposed new construction affordable housing development for families featuring 168 units, of which 42 units are for families experiencing homelessness, and 5 units set aside for HIV positive households through the PLUS housing program. 

       

      Casa Adelante SVN Housing L.P., a California Limited Partnership, involving Mission Economic Development Agency and Chinatown Community Development Center, both California nonprofit benefit corporations.
