      The LGBTQI+ Advisory Committee will discuss and possibly adopt a resolution setting forth findings required under Assembly Bill 361 that would allow the Advisory Committee to hold meetings remotely according to the modified Brown Act teleconferencing provisions set forth in AB 361.

      The Human Rights Commission Civil Rights Division will present exploratory recommendations and begin the process of reviewing and proposing amendments to gender definitions in Administrative Code Section 12A.3(a).
